Rental agreement terms for Portexa Porta Potty Rental Pros

Acceptance of Terms

By renting portable restroom equipment from Portexa Porta Potty Rental Pros, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Standard rental periods are based on the agreement made at the time of booking. Extended rentals may incur additional charges.

Delivery and Placement

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic and scheduling
  • The customer must ensure clear access to the delivery location
  • Units will be placed on level ground as close to the requested location as safely possible
  • If the delivery location is inaccessible, alternative placement may be necessary

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and event information
  • Ensure the rental area is accessible for delivery and pickup
  • Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
  • Not move or relocate the units without prior approval
  • Report any damage or issues promptly
  • Keep the area around units clear for servicing

Servicing

For rentals exceeding one week, regular servicing is included as agreed upon at booking. Servicing includes waste removal, restocking of supplies, and cleaning. Additional servicing can be arranged for an extra fee.

Damage and Loss

The customer is responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. This includes:

  • Vandalism or intentional damage
  • Damage from improper use
  • Theft or loss of equipment
  • Damage from moving units without authorization

Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery: Full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery: 50% of rental fee
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full rental fee applies

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at booking. For longer rentals, payment schedules will be established in advance. Late payments may result in service interruption and additional fees.

Liability

Portexa Porta Potty Rental Pros is not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)
  • Damage to property caused by third parties
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Prohibited Uses

Rental equipment may not be used for:

  • Storage of hazardous materials
  • Any illegal activities
  • Purposes other than sanitation

Modifications to Terms

Portexa Porta Potty Rental Pros reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
